Textile Tuesday: Eye catching ikat

Wayback playback: there's been a whole lot of talk about tie-dye recently. And not the neon scrunchie, jazzy jewels kind. A subdued, sohpisticated approach to dyeing fabrics has permeated fashion and home, adding an organic, international flare to your home and personal style.

Wheather you're sporting ikat (hailing from India, Central America) or shibori (Japanese roots), you're definitely on trend.

Take a peek at some of my favourite applications of this process in today's Textile Tuesday.
